Tim Allen is being sued over Wild Hogs

Did anyone in the world watch Wild Hogs? Despite having a solid cast (with the exception of Martin Lawrence) it didn’t exactly haul much at the box-office. Despite this though, a company named Battle One Productions has filed a lawsuit against Allen’s production company claiming that Wild Hogs was too close to a film they pitched to Allen and co in 1999.
They are apparently seeking at least $25,000 in damages. If I had the money to sue, I would expect the same amount from having to suffer this awful film.
