Keira Knightley to star in the remake of My Fair Lady
Hey, get this. Keira Knightley, the continually waif-like star of such hits as “The Hole” is in talks to star as the lead role in My Fair Lady (A remake of the 1964 classic with Audrey Hepburn and Rex Harrison). This is no great surprise to the movie loving community and many have thought she was born to play the role. I, however disagree. I suggest that she should put on a few pounds and spend some time in East-end London to get that well-spoken voice of hers down to the nasty mess of a voice that was apparent in the original. I mean, let’s be honest. Keira Knightley is not exactly known for her grinding-gears working-class voice is she?
